"Hemisphere" is performed by Sakamoto Maaya.  The song was written by Iwasato Yuuho and arranged by Kanno Yoko.  Aside from hearing the short version with the opening credits of RahXephon, the full version is on the first RahXephon soundtrack.  Both are available from Amazon.
