Killian - leader of the Dissenters

Taras - Killian's right hand man, soldier of the Arctic Blue

Tyler - Aspen's former roommate

Biranha - soldier of the Arctic Blue, brother of Taras

Vana - mother of Taras and Biranha, leader of the Arctic Blue

Kiani - member of the Elite Council Defense Strike Force, allied with Cannon

Siphon - member of the Elite Council Defense Strike Force; replaced his father, Kinzin, on the Council; opposes the Council's long-standing isolationist philosophy

Brande - member of the Elite Council Defense Strike Force, Siphon's best friend

Thassalar - leader of the destroyed Blue city of Saba; helped Cannon & the ECDSF fight Biranha

Casque - member of the Black who posed as a Blue and mentored Kiani

Ragher - Aspen's biological father, a member of the Black.

Finn - Aspen's brother

Kreeg - member of the Council Defense sent to arrest Cannon, who later allies with him

Marquesis - rogue councilman who was allied with and double-crossed Kiani
