1.  Give me a name or a reasonable nickname. 

No StIcKy CaPS, no numbers, symbols, and no dbjkg.  If you give me something like TrekLuuVer42 I'll change it to Fifi.

2.  Give me an e-mail address.

3.  Give me the name of the country you live in.

1.  You link me = I link you.

2.  Don't hotlink/direct link.  Save images to your own server.

3.  Don't have an offensive site.

4.  I will not link MySpace, DeviantArt, or any social networking site that can't link me back.  See #1.

5.  If your site is not in English, give me the exact location of the code in the comment box.
